Genandrea Agent is a locally installed, single-user assistant. This policy explains what Google user data it accesses, why, where that data goes, and how you can revoke access.
This policy covers the “Genandrea Agent” OAuth application and the software running on the developer's own machine that uses it. It does not cover Google's own handling of your data, which is governed by Google's Privacy Policy.
The application requests the minimum scopes needed for the features it offers. All personal-data access is read-only; the only write capability is creating new files in Google Drive.
| Scope | Data accessed | Purpose |
|---|---|---|
gmail.readonly | Message headers, bodies, attachments and thread structure | Answer questions about email when the user asks |
drive.readonly | File names, metadata and contents of files the user can access | Find and read files on request |
documents.readonly | Text, structure and comments of Google Docs | Read documents on request |
calendar.readonly | Calendar list, events, attendees and free/busy data | Report schedules and availability |
drive.file | Files and folders created by this application | Save generated files (documents, charts, exports) to Drive |
The application does not request access to contacts, Google Chat, Gmail settings or Drive sharing permissions. It cannot send, delete or modify email, cannot edit or delete existing Drive files or Google Docs, and cannot create or change calendar events.
Data retrieved from Google APIs is used for exactly one purpose: producing the answer or file the user requested in that session. It is not used for advertising, profiling, eligibility decisions, credit assessment, or training any model that is shared with others.
The language model that reads the retrieved content runs on the same local machine that holds the OAuth tokens. Google user data is therefore not transmitted to a third-party inference provider. The only outbound requests are to Google's APIs, and to public web endpoints when a task explicitly requires a web lookup.
~/.pi/agent/google/credentials/, in files readable only by their owner (mode 0600, directory 0700). They are not encrypted at rest; they are protected by filesystem permissions on a single-user machine.drive.file are uploaded directly to the user's Google Drive.Google user data is not sold, rented, rented out for advertising, or shared with third parties. It is disclosed only if the developer is legally required to do so, or to the extent needed to comply with a valid legal process. There are no other recipients: no contractors, no analytics vendors, no model providers.
~/.pi/agent/sessions/ and can be removed at any time. You can revoke this application's access at any time at Google Account → Third-party access. Revocation stops all further API access. You can also delete the locally stored credentials by removing ~/.pi/agent/google/credentials/. To request deletion of any locally retained data, contact the developer at the address below.
The application is not directed at children and is not offered to the public. It is operated by a single adult developer on their own account.
Genandrea Agent's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements:
If this policy changes in a way that affects how Google user data is handled, the effective date above will be updated and the revised policy will be published at this URL before the change takes effect.
